This policy covers the Team registration fee (₹20,000) and Individual registration fee (₹2,000) collected via Razorpay on this site.
General policy
Registration fees are non-refundable once a registration is confirmed, except in the situations below. This reflects that fees fund technical sessions, mentoring, venue and logistics costs committed on your team's behalf ahead of the season.
You are entitled to a full refund if
- REEV SAEINDIA 4.0 (or the specific phase you registered for) is cancelled outright by the organisers.
- You were charged more than once for the same registration (a duplicate/erroneous payment) — our system is designed to prevent this, but if it ever happens, contact us with both payment IDs.
- A payment was deducted from your account but your registration was not confirmed on our site due to a technical error on our end.
Not eligible for a refund
- Change of mind after registering.
- A team or individual withdrawing voluntarily after payment.
- Missing a technical session, virtual review, or finals slot after registering.
- Disqualification for a rules or conduct violation.
How to request one
Email manager@saeibs.org with your team/individual name, registered email, and the Razorpay payment ID from your confirmation. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 7–10 business days.
